Working as a chef for over 20 years, Murray has developed a vast knowledge of Australian and New Zealand seafood, and endeavours to source the freshest possible product for the local retail market.

The Fishery serves takeaway meals daily, as well as an extensive range of fresh fish and seafood ready for preparation and cooking at home.
